The design of the ODSHERRED DINNER SERVICE is inspired by a number of geographical sites located in Geopark Odsherred’s unique countryside. The series consists of the ”Isefjord” dinner plate, ”Lammefjord” lunch/cake plate, the ”Gniben” soup/serving dish and cups in the following three sizes: the ”Vejrhøj” teacup, ”Maglehøj” coffee cup and ”Esterhøj” espresso cup. Cast in porcelain clay, the dinner service issubsequently sprayed with a thin layer of earthenware, dug up in Højby, before being glazed and fired. Martin Nybo developed the underlying concept in collaboration with Designer Henrik Boe from Odense and Head Chef Claus Henriksen from Dragsholm Castle.

ODSHERREDSTELLET er formet udfra udvalgte geografiske områder i Geopark Odsherreds unikke natur. Serien består af: Middagstallerken ”Isefjord”, Frokost/Kagetallerken ”Lammefjord”, Suppe/ Serveringsskål ”Gniben” og 3 størrelser kopper: The ”Vejrhøj”, Kaffe ”Maglehøj” og Espresso ”Esterhøj”. Stellet er støbt i porcelænsler og er inden brænding og glasering sprøjtet med et tyndt lag blåler, gravet op i Højby. Martin Nybo har udviklet den grundlæggende ide i samarbejde med Designer Henrik Boe, Odense og Chefkok på Dragsholm Slot Claus Henriksen.
